An idea is hatched.

Riding the chicken-feathers of Yardbird Southern Table & Bar — the wildly popular fried chicken & biscuits joint with locations from Miami to Singapore — comes Spring Chicken, the newest member of the 50 Eggs family of eateries.
Founder John Kunkel built it on his grandmother's soulful Southern recipes, dropped into a fast-casual setting where anyone can grab a sandwich, a bucket, or a biscuit on their lunch break.
Our menus didn't come out of a test kitchen in a secret location. They started with family recipes, handed to creative chefs who stretched the flavor in every bite. We shop locally when we can. We make it fresh to order, every time.
